On my walk to the Library this morning, I passed by a new store location and saw that we now have a Comic Book Store. This is the first Comic Book store we have had in my town in well over 20 years. The last time we had one, it was during the Image Comics explosion. It went belly up when the Valiant Comics line itself went belly up. So, it's cool we have one again, but not sure what's inside as it was closed. Rising Sun Comics is the name and everything in the window was Manga related. So, not sure if this is a niche comic book store given the name on the front. But if this doesn't have all things Comics, this store is going to fade fast. Looking into the window, it looks to be a decent size floor space to hold lots (i.e. all American Comics as well as Manga stuff). I will go back down later to see what they have. Would like to see Action Figures, Figurines included.
