Stunning Lifesize Chrome T-rex Sculpture Now Towers Over Paris

There are nerdy art installations, and then there are ferociously nerdy art installations. We don't need to tell you where this particular one ranks because the images speak for themselves. Now towering over the Seine River in Paris is this incredible lifesize Tyrannosaurus rex chrome sculpture, created by French artist Philippe Pasqua.

The three-by-six-meter sculpture is made of 350 molded bones, and its presence outside of a museum surrounded by nature is a thing of beauty. It's also a freakishly all-too-real reminder of what this beast would look like if it were walking around today. Take note, those who'd love Jurassic Park to exist for real: you don't want this guy coming back for seconds. Except in Jurassic Park 4, which we hear may be arriving in theaters at some point in 2015. Until then...
