Who doesn't love Bettie Page? She was and is in a rarefied air all her own. Love her! Talk about a true original and one that has definitely left her mark on pop culture in ways you couldn't imagine. Now coming from the comic book world, you see the influence she has had on the medium as well as film and everything in between over the years, be it her most well known poses, hair style and fashions. Trend setter is what comes to mind. Watching Bettie Page Reveals All! was a fascinating trip to say the least and the best part about it all is that the documentary is narrated by the one and only Mrs. Page. The doc isn't perfect, but it does a great job of recounting her formative years, leading into modeling career and then her sudden disappearance from the public eye. There were a lot of things that I learned from the doc that I just didn't know about till now. Never knew that she actually designed and made all of her iconic bikinis, lingerie and S&M outfits herself. Never knew that she lost 10 years of her life because she was thrown into a Psyche Ward. There's a lot to get from the film and I definitely recommend this a Rent. If that isn't enough to get you to check it out, then how about 80% of the movie being all Bettie....all  n u d e ....all the time? Thought so.
