Breezy. I've never ever used that word in my life to describe something. But it's very fitting when summing in one word what Catch Me If You Can is. It's basically a "chase" movie without it ever seeming to be one. The main character Frank Abagnale, Jr. (Leonardo DiCaprio) is being pursued by FBI Agent Carl Hanratty (Tom Hank). The story about how Frank basically conned his way into becoming a Pilot, a Doctor and a Lawyer is pretty fascinatng stuff. I always get a kick out of watching this. On top of the fine performances from Leo and Tom as well as Christopher Walken, Amy Adams, Jennifer Garner, James Brolin, Elizabeth Banks, Frank John Hughes and Charlie Sheen, the film itself looks and feels gorgeous. I gotta hand it to Steven Spielberg for crafting a movie that just flies by so fast and it's never at the expense of losing vital information about the facts. As great as everyone is in this one, I gotta go with John Williams musical score as the crown jewel. It's awesome.

I highly recommend this as a Buy. You can't go wrong with this one at all. Catch Me If You Can was the reason why I was interested in the Pan Am series because it took place during the same time frame.
