If you're a fan of the MTV series Jackass, then you're going to feel right at home with Jackass: The Movie. This is basically an extension of the show, but all bets are off as they are really able to push the boundaries of good taste. Eh? Good taste? Not close. They have never been associated with that moniker. Before, they were pretty much censored by the powers that be in what could and couldn't be shown on broadcast TV. But here, the envelope is pushed well pass the threshold.

I was a huge fan of the series when it first aired on TV. I didn't really care much for the players involved, but there were some good laughs to be had for sure. So, what about the movie? The tradition continues. There were a handful of pranks and gags that literally had me balling my eyes out with laughter. And then there were some truly over the top disgusting things that you will never want to sit through again.

If you don't mind the rude, lude and crude humor that comes with all things Jackass, this is definitely a Rental. Otherwise stay away from it. A+ for the opening sequence which was hella awesome. The ending sequence was just as cool too.

Jackass had its time and place. I watched a couple of episodes like watching a train wreck. I couldn't look away. The inner boy in me thought it was fun, but the other half was saying idiots.
