This one was never what I would call a good episode. In actuality it's nothing more than an above average one that revolves around John going off into the jungle to save Mr. Eko from the Polar Bear that has captured him. Yep, sounds just as weak writing about it. That's all this one is. Even the flashback scenes were worthless, other than to show how anyone and everyone is able to easily manipulate him without even trying. The only saving grace for this episode is the revelation at the end that Desmond can see into the future as a result of the Hatch imploding around him. It was cool to see Boone return in Locke's drug infused dream.
