Every Man for Himself

This is an awesome episode. We learn a lot of stuff about the location and what Jack's reason for being there may in fact be. The whole 'con' that Ben uses to Sawyer to subdue him and make him compliant to ever trying to escape or create a ruckus was a nice bit of trickery. The whole rabbit/pacemaker gag seemed to do the trick. So much so that Sawyer literally takes a beating from Pickett for fear of raising his heartbeat. But the reveal at the end was a big one when Ben shows Sawyer that they aren't even on the same Island that we have come to expect, but a 2nd Island that is far enough to even attempting to swim to.

Also, Jack figures out that his capture is in fact so that he can operate on someone (he doesn't know it's Ben yet) and that it's a life threatening illness. Awesome episode all around. Even Sawyer's flashbacks scenes were good. We learn he has a newborn baby; Clementine. Really cool to see Ian Gomez (Cougar Town) and Bill Duke (Predator) in this one.

Desmond ftw for building a weather vane, courtesy of his sight-seeing abilities into the future!
