I love Sandra Bullock. I love Melissa McCarthy. I hated The Heat. What a massive and epic misfire. I'm guessing some suit came up with the brilliant idea of having 'America's Sweetheart' paired up with the reigning 'Queen of Comedy'. On paper that would look like a no-brainer. A sure fire winner. I'm baffled how this movie has gotten solid reviews across the board and a lot of positive word of mouth press. The movie was surprisingly unfunny. I had high hopes for this and it just failed in more ways than one. The story was also weak and couldn't save me from boredom. I really don't know what else to say other than this is a movie to avoid. Don't waste your time. I just don't get how this movie wasn't even funny by accident.

I will say, I'm always happy to see Biff show up.
