Oh definitely. It's no secret about where is head got inflated starting with the sequels as you pointed out. Just look at who got Top Billing with the first movie compared to who demanded Top Billing by the 3rd movie. As much as I like the first film, it was NEVER about him. It was all about Jackie. I may be biased because I was a fan of his long before the rest of America finally caught up, but I can only assume that most of the public was making the film franchise a world wide hit because of Jackie Chan....NOT Chris Tucker.
