I'm excited for this, but I'm also worried that security is going to be draconian to the point of "No Cell Phones Allowed" to curb anyone with the intent of recording this. I won't be surprised that they turn people away when ticket holders refuse to surrender their phones. Unless it is printed in big bold letters on the tickets about 'No Recording Devices", this could turn ugly at the door.

I've never heard of a leak of any of these shows, and lord knows I want to hear 'em.  Did you even know they did an all-female Glengarry Glen Ross a year or so ago?

What are you talking about?

Just think along the lines of an all-star cast doing a table read of selected movies. They tend to go with unique casting choices rather than "who is right for the role". These are one-time only deals and are not meant to be anything other than a once in a lifetime fun moment.

They also did Princess Bride in 2011 and the cast for that was pretty awesome too.  Oh the curse of being poor and two time zones away from the action!

It's not nearly the same, but /Film put up a three-page recap of the event.

No clips of any kind on YouTube. It was a shot in the dark and it's still possible someone could have yet to upload something. But I'm not counting on it. Read the link. Thanks for the post. Looks like Jessica Alba was just out of her element and probably had the least fan reaction to how she was portraying Leia. Can't really comment on the specifics because I wasn't there. So, I'll leave it at that. Love the idea of Rainn Wilson as Chewie. Classic. Even better was actually finding out that Mark Hamill was added to the cast as Obi-Wan and the Emperor.

Casting Mark Hamill was a nice touch, it looks like he finally got to shave his beard so they must not need him in the flicks again for a long time.  I am curious to hear what he was like as Obi Wan, but I guess we'll find out when Ep VII comes out.

Was the Wampa Attack in Empire Strikes Back Created to Explain Mark Hamill's Facial Injuries?

Even as a kid, the same day I saw Empire on Opening Day, I thought the Wampa attack was specifically created to explain Mark's face.

I'm curious to see how TFA feels when seen in conjunction with the other movies (it's different watching them all on the same format than 3 at home, one in theater, etc).

That's why I'm doing it this way. I want it all to feel like one big story in spite of the massive time gap between Jedi and Force Awakens.
