New Boss

After the disaster of the last episode and David Wallace seeing first hand how things are run at Dunder Mifflin, you knew that changes were coming. It didn't take long for that to happen. This sees the arrival of Charles Miner (Idris Elba) who will be working as a liason between Michael and David. That's not what it really is. It's basically putting him in charge to run things with Michael there in name only, with no authority. Well, when push comes to shove, people quite, which is what Michael does.

I can relate to this episode very well. I may have never been a manager, but I've worked for corporations where they send in a new Boss who just makes whole sale changes for the sake of justifying their paycheck. They don't even try to see what the working environment is like or the personnel. Has changing things like this ever worked? Exactly.
