Two Weeks is exactly what it sounds like. Michael spends the final weeks at Dunder Mifflin doing nothing. But then as it gets closer and closer to his last day he comes up with the brilliant idea of starting his own paper company and then sets out to lure his former employees to join him on his quest. In the end, the only one that takes him up on his offer is Pam. It's great on a TV show, but there is no one dumb enough to throw away a paying job with benefits for something that hasn't even been thought out to completion yet. Bold move on Pam's part indeed.
