Awesome episode. There is something really cool about watching Michael and Pam moving head on and tackle their fear of the unknown. It's scary to start a new business and that's going to be something a lot of people can relate to. I think that's why I respond to this episode on a personal level, watching Michael second guess himself at the beginning and then finally taking ownership of the situation when Pam starts to have her breakdown, full of doubts. Really cool to see. Also, it was funny that Michael would have to head to the bowling alley to find Ryan to add him to the Dream Team. How the mighty have fallen..............

The soccer game or more specifically the kick to Phyllis' face looked painful. It was just like the episode where Meredith got hit in the face with the football. Funny in both cases. The cherry on top for this episode is at the end when it's revealed that the Michael Scott Paper Company home base of operations is back at the warehouse....the same place as Dunder Mifflin. Priceless!!
