I remember now why I've hated Gabe. It was this episode when it aired on TV that he just looked absolutely ridiculous as Lady Gaga and factor in the fact that he is nothing more than a scared company tool that doesn't want anyone going over his head to Jo and you have a recipe for a spineless coward. The rest of the episode was pretty good. It was all about who wore what to the Halloween Costume Party and the winner in my eyes is easily Angela in her "Naughty" Nurse outfit.

Also, Pam and Jim keep pestering at Danny (Timothy Olyphant) to come clean why he never called her back when they were dating. I thought the cold opening with Stanley not paying attention to anything around him was awesome.
