By His Wounds, We Are Healed:
The Making Of Passion Of The Christ

I just got finished watching this 90 minute making-of documentary chronicling everything associated with the film. Everything is covered from the initial script, to casting, principal photography, music, sound fx editing, marketing and the ensuing controversies. A really eye opening doc from all angles. I knew that Jim was putting himself through some serious bodily harm making the film, but I didn't know to what extent they were. To say there were some mishaps on set where he was actually getting whipped, hit, punched and thrown around is an understatement. I now even have more admiration for his skill as an actor. Today turned out to be Jim Caviezel day, having just watched yesterday's episode of Person Of Interest. I knew I would look at Jim in a different light as he was playing Reese.
