I was actually thinking this and Spring Breakers would make an interesting double feature, the whole women rebelling thing... especially in twenty or so years when they're both equally "pieces of another time."

But I love when I watch movies that go together without intending.

You know what I really dug?  The fact that the guy who was after the ladies for the whole movie wasn't evil or out for revenge, he really did want to help them out and find the right solution to them, I think that was such a nice touch that really made all the difference.

And the stuff in Monument Valley at night?  Wow.  That was gorgeous.

That's what I was saying. Name another movie that's done anything like that? I can't think of any. It's awesome.

We're so overdue.  And seeing all those gorgeous landscape and time lapse videos on Vimeo tell me we're gonna get something like this again before we know it.

Seriously, shouldn't the ridiculously high budget Lone Ranger have a shot like that?  Or maybe it does, I don't know, I haven't seen it.
