I haven't completely cut fast food out of my diet, but it's on the ropes and waiting for another punch in the face. Even Five Guys, which I still enjoy, something about it reacts wrong in me now, probably because I go so far between visits there (this is the same thing that caused me to stop McDonalds years ago). I try to cut down on my burgers, so the times I do get them, I get good ones from proper restaurants.
The kicker is I still need to find my appetite for healthy foods, I'm a meat and potatoes guy who's trying to cut out meat and potatoes. That doesn't really leave me with much.
