ORLANDO, Fla. (WAAY) - Even the simulated video of the ride will leave you breathless.

New video of what is promised will be the world's tallest roller coaster shows a first-person view of the 535-foot ride that will be built in Orlando.

The Skyscraper roller coaster will take riders on a series of twists, turns and loops down a 55-story tower when it opens in 2017.

Skyscraper is part of the Skyplex development in Orlando. Developers released video of a 3-D simulation Monday that shows the path riders will take from top to bottom.
