Yeah, that was funny as f*ck. Who measured that and didn't question the size of it when putting it together? Sheesh!

Anybody in their right mind, can see this as an epic fail on every level. Mostly casting.

Dragon Blade (John Cusak & Jackie Chan)

One of the commentors made me laugh that Cusak looks like a maintenance guy at a grade school.

I heard about this last week and thought it was a joke. I didn't think this was actually a movie that was coming.

FAIL!

Cut not once, not twice, but 3 times! That last one should be a wake-up call to find another profession. Obviously this is something that has been happening for a while because just by watching that clip, you can see that he is very skittish and knows "it's" coming.

Top 10 News Reporting Fails

The funny segments will have you laughing out loud, which I did in great abundance and the squirm inducing ones will have you literally covering your eyes with your hands out of embarrassment, which I also found myself doing. Overall, a great list. FYI, the one with the Water Jet Pack is from my local News and one that I saw live as it happened.

Shopping while black, in Alabama

I honestly don't know where to post this. Even though this is funny, I wouldn't say it belongs in the comedy section because this is a real world sh*t and it sucks that this happens all the time. With that said, the guy obviously was having fun making the video, pointing out just how stupid the Security Guard is. The SG thinks he is being sooooooo sly, which is why it's funny.

Teen killed classmate and uploaded ‘selfie’ with the body to Snapchat, police say

Quote
A Pennsylvania teenager has been accused of murdering a classmate and posing with the victim’s body for a “selfie,” according to news reports.

Authorities say 16-year-old Maxwell Marion Morton of Jeannette, Pa., fatally shot 16-year-old Ryan Mangan in the face before taking a photo with Mangan’s body and uploading it to Snapchat, a smartphone application that allows users to send images that are deleted a few seconds after they’re received, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

Morton sent the image to a friend, who saved it on his phone before it was deleted, according to Fox News. The friend showed the photo to his mother, who turned the image over to police, according to Fox News.

“[Police] received a copy of the photo which depicted the victim sitting in the chair with a gunshot wound to the face,” a police affidavit states, according to the Tribune-Review. “It also depicts a black male taking the ‘selfie,’ with his face facing the camera and the victim behind the actor. The photo had the name ‘Maxwell’ across the top.”

Police also say the friend received more text messages from Morton, saying: “Told you I cleaned up the shells” and “Ryan was not the last one,” according to CBS Pittsburgh.

Mangan’s body was discovered by his mother, who contacted police, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Police found a photo of Mangan holding a semiautomatic handgun on his phone, the Post-Gazette reported.

Grammys Diss Heavy Metal Yet Again With Tenacious D ‘Best Metal Performance’ Win

Hey, I love Tenacious D. That's a given. But THIS, ha, what a joke that the Grammy's actually think they are A) Heavy Metal and B) a Band in this genre....or any genre. They are a comedy act that uses the idea of a "band" to perform skits. I'm sure Jack Black and Kyle Gass as super embarrassed they won given that they do love Metal and Rock.

FAIL!

And speaking of the Grammy's, let me say this about that.

I haven't been missing anything apparently. There were some gems and some unique pairings, that I thought worked decently for the most part. Most of it was show and I'm more about the music and singing. AC/DC, ELO... great surprises and entertaining. Annie Lennox definitely showed the young singers today how to really sing and mean it.

I think awards were buried in there somewhere. Then again, I don't care.

I was trying to determine who was lip synching. Don't know if any of what done.

But something that caught my attention was about the audience. I did not see one cell phone being held up or taking selfies. That struck, especially since I think it's all stupid, but one scene caught me where the camera was floating about past people and they weren't doing the pose and selfie crap. I'll bet there was a major rule on that.

And the depressing part was the audience clapping was faked. It was clearly evident when a performer ( I think Dwight Yoakam) was performing center stage in the middle of the audience. After the song closes, thunderous long applause. While the camera pulls back to a bit you can clearly see not one single person clapping. It was just so odd.

Yea, I doubt I'll attempt to watch any more award shows. They are just not my thing.

NBC’s Brian Williams suspended 6 months without pay

I've been following this news story for the past week and even I didn't think it would amount to much of anything as far as suspensions. Well, I was wrong. He just took a huge hit. 6 months without pay. Now THAT's what you call a Glorious Fail! Ouch! Really not sure what was going through Brian's head when he started making sh*t up and lying about it. How did he ever rationalize that he would get away with it. Granted, it took a while for it to come to light. But still....

He might be buried. I'm sure the studio yanked him as quick as possible to keep further damage at bay and out of the ears of the audience. Maybe people will forget and he can come back. I personally think he's tainted material now.

Professor Fails All Students And Quits The Course

Never has a story been more appropriate for this thread. This is f*cked up because you know for a fact that even without knowing all the information here that a majority of the students are being penalize based on a few other students. Hearing this story instantly brought me back to the same situation I had experienced in College. It was Political Science. I loved the subject matter and studied my ass off and knew I was going to nail the test. WRONG!!!! To my horror, there were questions on the test that I literally thought we were being pranked by our teacher. The one question I always immediately remember was the one where it ask "What type of cereal did Nixon eat when visiting China on his historic trip?" What the fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck?!

How is this even relevant to Political Science? Nowhere was this even mentioned in the required book for the class or was it ever discussed in class. Most of the test was littered with this types of questions. Only a handful were legit. The next day back in class, I dreaded getting the news of what I got on the test. I got a 65 out of a 100 and that was actually the highest test score of anyone else in the class and I for one was NOT HAPPY!!!! We all immediately began arguing with the Teacher about the merit of the test itself and he wouldn't acknowledge or address any of it. After class every student stayed behind as he left and we made it a point to all agree to take this "case" to the Dean of the School. The Dean more or less told us to f*ck off (without actually saying the words) and to "study harder". Even with the amount of evidence in front of him, he still wouldn't do anything about the Teacher or the Test.

The really f*cked up thing about it is that about 90% of the class dropped out by the end of the week, myself included. It was a no-win situation. The class was "rigged" from the start and no amount of studying would ever level the playing field when we would be getting questions on the test that were never in any books or discussed in class. I stayed till the end of the week because I wanted to see what kind of questions would be on the quiz and sure enough, more questions of the 'Cereal' variety. I knew it was time to go.
