Sheesh, it's windy right now. Looks like the Palm trees are going to snap in half because they are bending from the force of the wind. It's nonstop rain too!

Ack! Even though it rained last night, this morning it was clear with dark clouds over where the mountains are (an hour away). I was certain that I could get in a power walk and be back before it came here. Nope! Got caught in a downpour with no umbrella on hand !!! Stoopid!!!!!! 3 days in a row. Unheard of in these parts!

Dangerous Weather Causes Damage on West Coast



Update on our current weather situation. I also forgot to mentioned that due to the extreme nature of the winds yesterday, it knocked out our town power, leaving us in a 'Blackout' for half the day. Ack!

Yeah, it has been very dry out here for the most part with all the heat waves. As you already know, it just hasn't been raining here all that much until this week.
