“Demand Celebrities Go F--- Themselves” splices scenes of stars performing violent acts in TV shows and movies with footage of them calling for gun law reform.

A new video is turning Hollywood’s “Demand a Plan” gun law PSA on its head. The original video was released in the wake of the Dec. 14 mass shooting in Newtown, Conn., and featured dozens of celebrities demanding elected officials do something to fight gun violence.

But “Demand a Plan – Demand Celebrities Go F--- Themselves” inter-cuts footage of these same stars brandishing guns in their film and TV roles with them calling for curbs in violence in real life.

“These self-serving **** of the 1 percent love guns and violence as long as they can line their pockets,” writes the video's creator on YouTube. “Hey these hypocritical **** ‘probably’ voted for and support Obama...how many kids has he killed with his toy drones and foreign policy? When you elect leaders that commit mass murder, don't be surprised when the citizens follow suit.”

The video had been viewed more than 575,000 times since being uploaded Christmas Day.

Stars depicted performing violent acts include Jamie Foxx, Jeremy Renner, Cameron Diaz, Will Ferrell and Chris Rock. A hunting episode of NBC’s Parks and Recreation provided plenty of fodder for footage of Amy Poehler, Aziz Ansari and Rashida Jones with hunting rifles.

The original “Demand a Plan” video has been viewed more than 6 million times.

Watch the “Demand Celebrities” video below but be warned it contains scenes of film and TV violence.
