Yeon-Mi Park Stands Up To Kim Jong-Un
I didn't know where to post this, but decided that since this is about the North Korean regime and political in nature that it was appropriate to go here. What a fascinating and harrowing journey for
Yeon-Mi Park. Bit of warning, you will get misty-eyed watching this. Her story isn't original and that's the sad thing. It seems like everyone that lives in North Korea has to make a life-changing decision like this if they want to actually have a life worth living. What's even sadder is that not everyone is fortunate like
Yeon to break free from the regime. This is a must-watch. And before you point it out, yes, I did think that the piece had a bit of propaganda to it, intentional or not. But I think the heart of the story is there and should be shared.
