I didn't think about it from a Government view. More of the Housing Association rules.

I have pleasure/pain thoughts about that. Mostly, I don't like a bunch of rules... but realize rules are necessary. I see that everyday with my neighbors. Some are just downright hosiers and if we didn't have rules in our community, they would just trash the place with their lack of intelligence.
