Honestly, I think your best bet would be to contact the office that deals strictly with Trademarking a name. But this can run into big money should you move forward. They may offer you alternatives to what you can try before filing with them and dishing out cash. Keep in mind, just because you get the name you want on "GoDaddy" or any other website, that won't keep anyone else from laying claim to your name. It has to be official, i.e. legal which cost money. So if you just do it that way with getting a website, don't be surprise if someone else stumbles across your name and then discovers it hasn't been trademarked yet and decides to do it themselves officially and reap the rewards from it.
