Okay, this is one that happened to me earlier today:

I had to do my whole section of the store by myself for the last hour, in places where I didn't have much training.  So I've been told when in doubt, call for help.  Makes sense, right?  I've only been there since Thanksgiving, and I get questions that pros here don't know the answer to (I get a lot of weird questions).

Anyway, five minutes in, I get this customer with a very soft voice, thick Spanish/Mexican accent and missing his front four teeth.  VERY hard to anyone to understand him, especially me.  So I call it in and get the typical "look it up" response.  I answer saying "I can't understand what he's saying" and my boss, my F*CKING BOSS calls back, on the radio that every employee in the store can hear, "OH, you want someone to do it FOR you!"

WTF!?  Am I crazy or was that incredibly inappropriate?
