I side with Ana on this one with regards to why its crossing the line. This "freedom of speech" loophole doesn't apply if it's used to maliciously assassinate another person's character. S.E. Cupp is the only one that can and should have control over her image. Having said that, people with Photoshop have been doing this since Version 1 first came out. There is nothing new about Celebs and Sex and combining the two. But when a publication with a huge following like Hustler does it, they are crossing a line and should definitely be held accountable for damages, which is sure to follow with a huge payday for S.E. and rightly so.
