Those titles and what I use personally can be done in After Effects. But that isn't free. Really not sure what free programs are out there that will replicate what you're looking for,

Blender is good. Haven't used that in so long that I forgot all about it, but it's definitely a good program. But it's more for 3D Animation than anything else. It's not what I would call a 'Text Animator' which is what I thought you were looking for. Now, the program may have updated and overhauled a lot of features to add that capability. But when I last used it, it was primarily for 3D Characters and whatnot.
