Maybe you can help me figure out why half the time after I reboot my computer, once everything has loaded on my Desktop there is a 50% chance that when I log back online, it logs in under someone else's Wireless connection. The Cable company can't give me a definitive answer other than "it happens". I get that "it happens", I just would like to know why "it happens" and how to stop it from ever happening again.
