How thin is the plot for Surrogates? It's so thin that the movie barely cracks the 80 minute mark before it's over. I'm a huge fan of Bruce Willis and I love my Sci-Fi flicks. But this failed on both fronts. The motivation other than 'returning people back to live their real lives' is pretty much non-existent. Now had it been something along the lines where the Surrogates themselves had become self aware and were killing their own living host to rise up against the human race....Oh, wait. Terminator (http://pennycan.createaforum.com/dvd's-blu-rays/terminator-2-judgment-day-(1991)/msg5424/#msg5424). Never mind. I just could not get into this movie at all. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how I feel about this. The script was devoid of anything original or characters that mattered. The movie is nothing more than a metaphor for those that live on the Internet who like to live the lie of being something they are not. I will recommend this....as a definite Skip. Go watch paint dry. At least that takes longer than 80 minutes.

Don't count on it. You better off watching two toasters, one on top of the other having sex.
