High Fidelity is probably one of the most relatable movies you will ever seen in your lifetime. If you have ever been in a relationship or a  h a r d c o r e  music lover, you will absolutely 'get this'. There is so much to draw from this movie and pinpoint certain moments in your own life that it's really like watching a movie about you up on the big screen. There are what we call 'Date Movies' and then there is the opposite, 'Breakup Movies', which High Fidelity is. Sure, Rob (John Cusack) and Laura (Iben Hjejle) get back together, but it's their time apart that actually fuels the movie, giving us a laundry's list of Top 5's. If you've never seen this before, I urge you to check it out.

Rounding out the cast is Jack Black (who steals every scene he is in), Joan Cusack, Lisa Bonet, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Sara Gilbert, Lily Taylor and Tim Robbins. Come on, what a call sheet like that, how can it not Rock? That not enough for ya? How about a cameo from the Boss himself; Bruce Springsteen? And lets not forget the awesome soundtrack. Definitely worth a Rent. For me it's a Buy. I feel like watching the movie again.

I will post more on my thoughts regarding the movie a bit later. Time to go spin some vinyls.......
