I originally intended to have I Know Who Killed Me as part of my Lindsay Lohan Marathon a couple of weeks back in spite of knowing the awesomely bad reviews it has gotten. But did I really want to tarnish the 3 good movies she has under her belt with this? So, I decided to delay checking this out for the first time and I'm glad that I did. The 3 nights of fun I had with Freaky Friday, Mean Girls and Herbie Unloaded would have been derailed by this dreck. How the f*ck did this movie ever get bank rolled? Seriously? It's horrible.

I really don't know who sucked worst on this film. Was it the Director? Well, whoever was calling the shots clearly does not know anything about the craft. He is seriously suffering from A.D.D. and doesn't know the first thing in directing his actors how or to properly set up a shot. Was it the Writer that sucked more? Yeah, this is a pretty weak script with no clear idea of how to set up its characters and wrote the bare minimum for any of the characters. Some pretty horrendous dialog as well. This is lazy writing at its worst. Was Lindsay Lohan the worst part of the movie? Well, she was incredible......incredibly bad that is. Sad to say, but this is what I expect from her now, so it was no shock to me to see what she did with the role.

What's mind blowing is how the producer of the film was able to con some pretty good actors that I'm actually a big fan of. Neal McDonough, Gregory Itzin and Julia Ormond are usually great. But I'm scratching my head in how they got duped. Were they drugged? Did any of them actually read the "script" before signing on? Anyway, this is a definite Skip with a Capital S. Horrible. It only got the 1 Star because I actually finished the entire movie. Sooooo boring. Sooooo dumb. Soooo pointless. FYI, worst Villain / Serial Killer ever!!

Off topic. Before I went down to the library this morning to find my copy of this movie waiting for me, ironically enough, I had decided to put up a LOT of Lindsay Lohan magazines on eBay. After watching this movie, I will not be missing the mags all that much, that's for sure.

This movie definitely contributes to many of folks erasing out of their memory any good stuff she's done.

It's weird, I remember more of this bad stuff than anything else. Could be due to she's become the poster child of bad behavior in everyday life.

There was something that I saw in the movie that I thought was kind of fascinating. She was already out of control in her real life and there it was on the screen. You can clearly see that she was phoning it in and the sense of entitlement both on and off the screen that she seems to feed off of now. She didn't care about what she was doing in the role and why should she.....even she knew it was garbage. But there is a particular scene that pretty much summed it all up. After she stabs the Serial Killer in the neck, look closely to her reaction shot. She's suppose to be "terrified" but there it is....a smirk that she is trying to conceal. You know what she is thinking at that very moment "Really? This is what my career has come to?" And no, her character wasn't suppose to laugh or show any kind of humor during this moment. That was 100% Lohan and not the character. Although some people would say this is the funniest thing she's ever done. The scene also highlights the fact that the Director knows nothing about.....directing.

Here's a link to the "How Did This Get Made? episode (http://www.earwolf.com/episode/i-know-who-killed-me/) where they took this movie apart.  Never felt the need to see the movie after hearing this.  This definitely comes across as one of those "this movie is about a stripper so it has to be REALLY serious" type things that annoy me so much, you try to class up something and wind up overcompensating and overthinking everything and you end up with garbage.

Am I crazy or is she meant to look like Jessica Rabbit on the cover?

Okay, lemme ask you this... or, let's approach this a different way:

If this movie was good, what would you have expected to see?

That's like asking if I ate something that was healthy and was good for me....it still comes out as sh*t. There is no "good" here. Ya can't put the Genie back in the bottle once you'e watched the movie.

See, that's why I always try to put down those thoughts BEFORE I see a movie (or while, some of my notes are "I thought THIS would happen" or "I'd be more interested if THIS happened...")
