Title: Walmart deals
Post by: Mac on January 03, 2014, 08:38:18 am
I just got an email on some pretty sweet deals for DVD's. Although I have pretty much everything I want, there appear to be some fantastic deals here.

It's amazing how DVDs, when they first came out, they kept the sticker price around $35-45 new and this was for a good 3-4 years right out of the gate. But Blu-ray didn't even last half that time. Not even a year it seemed before the prices started free falling. So now you can get quality movies for a mere $5? Sheesh! I guess the writing is on the wall......DVDs and Blu-ray are dead and the Tech world realizes that everything will be streaming and downloading from here on out.

yep, the writing is on the wall.

Technology is advancing so quickly, the old days of business evolving or staying stagnate are gone. Pricing reflects that.

65-inch Vizio smart TV for $648. If I had the room, I'd definitely pick this one up for sure at that price.

Wanna bet. I'm gonna pay a homeless person to stand in line and and then I will come and get in line when the doors open. Best $20 I will ever spend.

Save the $20, get there right before the doors open and go in swinging.

It still ain't gonna be there though.  ;D

After the money I spent for tickets recently, a big gorgeous TV sounds like heaven, even if I don't have the room for it (my TV is so close to my desk, a big one would boil my eyeballs right out of my sockets).  My dream office would have this hard wood dining room table I saw as a desk with one edge against the wall, and a giant screen TV on the end of it.

See, I got spoiled in college when I had two desks AND this card table (which is now my main desk) so I could really spread my stuff out, have a big workstation... I've been wanting that back since.

Daaaaaaaaaaaamn! Sneaky motherf*ckers! Of course I'd love to get a PS4 for just $90. I missed out on my chance to dupe them too! Ack!!!
