Why, why, why... is St. Louis passed over so often?

Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend will play a two-leg, 38-concert 2015 North American tour in celebration of the Whos 50th anniversary. Seventeen initial stops are set for the spring, followed by another 21 shows across the U.S. and Canada.
The Who Hits 50 tour kicks off on April 15, 2015, in Tampa, concluding in May in Forest Hills, N.Y. The fall leg launches on Sept. 14 at San Diego, and ends on Nov. 4 in Philadelphia. The complete list of announced dates and cities is below.
Unlike the Whos most recent tour, which focused on Quadrophenia, the 2015 set list will expand to include highlights from throughout their five decades of music making. Featured songs are promised from classic albums like My Generation, Live at Leeds, Tommy and Whos Next, as well as newer music like the groups current single, Be Lucky. Townshend has described this mixture as hits, picks, mixes and misses, adding we are what we are, and extremely good at it, but were lucky to be alive and still touring.
Tickets go on sale Friday, Oct. 17, at the bands website, just before a new Who greatest-hits package arrives. Exclusive VIP packages are also available. A dollar from each ticket sold on the Who Hits 50 tour will benefit Teen Cancer America.

What the f*ck, San Diego has a date!!! I wonder what venue it's gonna be at. I wish bands would go back to using the Sports Arena. I'm sure there will be a second leg that will have St. Louis in the mix.
