Title: Andy Whitfield (July 1972 September 2011) - Spartacus
Post by: Mac on September 12, 2011, 09:32:10 am
I immediately latched onto watching Spartacus: Blood and Sand on Starz. A very interesting drama, that mimic'd 300 with lots more blood and lots more sex.

Andy Whitfield (http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/44480481/ns/today-entertainment/) was Spartacus. He gave it power and depth. I remember hearing he was diagnosed with cancer and would not be up to reprising the role. Beyond that, I didn't think much and hoped in the back of my head, he's gonna be back.

The news of his death is very shocking. 39. My gawd.

Take care my good man. May God bring you light.
