WarGames is a movie that I have watched countless times since the day it came out. I remember the first time I went to see this in the theater and thinking how super cool and scary this was. Cool because a regular kid with a computer could do stuff like this. Scary because World War III could be started by just any kid with a computer. Disregarding the cool factor here, the script and story was pretty tight and kept you in the thick of it from start to finish. There isn't one wasted second here as you get totally sucked into the movie.
It's funny how each time I have watched this over the years as technology has continued to advance in how dated the stuff in the film looks. But even with that, it never loses it's appeal and seems to get better each time I watch it. I think a lot of it has to do with not just the actors, but the fact that now, today, this is a very relevant movie. This sh*t can still happen, which makes the hair on my neck stand up. Matthew Broderick, Dabney Coleman, John Wood and Alley Sheedy make this a fun, awesome movie.
This is a must-Buy!!!!!
PS
I had the hots for Alley when this came out. Still do. Yummy.

Shortly after seeing this movie, I begged my Mom for a computer for Xmas. I got a bike instead. How am I suppose to change my grades with a bike?
