I havent watched this since the day I bought it when it first came out, and for good reason. I totally forgot why I haven't this morning when I popped it in the DVD Player. This is bad. Reeeeeeeeeally bad.

First off, the "concert" is 4 songs. That's it.

Second, I HATE when the editor/director (some guy in the truck with all the monitor feeds) decides that he is just going to continually and randomly cut from bandmate to bandmate for the sake of doing it. What we end up getting is a headache and no sense of an actual concert experience. The "editor" is clearly trying to justify his paycheck by doing something.

Third, KISS isn't even playing it live. For a band that made it's reputation as a LIVE band, this is about as low as they could go, playing to canned music. They would of course go even lower a few years later when they replaced Peter and Ace with Eric and Tommy with their makeup. But that's another story.

Gets 1 star for the explosions, since that's the only thing that was LIVE.

This is a definite Skip, something that I can't undo since I bought this turd fest.

Maybe it is a collector's item?

Ebay or Craiglist buddy. I'm telling ya. I've gotten good money outta crap this way. It's so true. One man's trash is another man's treasure.

For instance, go to Amazon and look at reviews for Ozark Mountain Daredevils Reunion live DVD. See if you can pick out my review.  ;)

Ha! Trust me, this isn't a Collector's item at all. Even though this was put out without the consent of the band and was immediately pulled from stores at the time, you STILL couldn't give this away for free. It's universally hated among KISS fans. I just need to find a poor, unsuspecting rube to pawn this off onto....

I agree. I would still give it a shot. It's amazing what people will buy.

When I was heavily into buying and selling CD's on Ebay, I came across a lot of crap. I originally thought was going to be cool when I bought certain items. Well, I turned those lemons into Lemonade. You market it right, those things can look like gold in other peoples eyes.

I would go to trade shows for music and I could not believe the bootleg stuff people were buying. Pure crap, but hey it was Kiss or Gun's and Roses or whoever. They had product in their hand despite how horrible it was.

Well, since I'm looking to get rid of it, there is no harm in putting it up for sale and hoping for the best.
