Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band - Songs From The Promise (Live from Asbury Park - 2010)

What a tease. At 30 minutes, this is more of a special than a full blown concert with Bruce and the gang playing to a selected few lucky guest. As the title suggest, songs are from The Promise. So if you're looking for those monster hits, you've come to the wrong place. The video looks great and it sounds pretty good too. This was the last appearance by Clearance Clemons with the band and gets to shine on Gotta Get That Feeling. Chills. This was far too short and I would have liked this to be at least an hour-long presentation.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band - Highway To Hell (Perth Arena 2/8/2014)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3rtFfGmH6Q

It's awesome to see and hear Bruce tackling an AC/DC song, especially one as iconic as Highway To Hell. But it was Tom Morello, Nils Lofgren, Steven Van Zandt and Bruce trading off on the guitar solo that gave me an eargasm.

Bruce Springsteen & Eddie Vedder and the E Street Band - Highway To Hell (2/15/2014)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bz1n87ey5q8

This second performance with Eddie was a week later. The audio sounds Amazing. The drums have that sick live sound I love. Thank you That Metal Show for cluing me in about this performance. I learn something new every week on TMS.  :)

Tom Morrello is really awful....I wasn't watching (the second clip just listening) and had no idea it was him ...stiff lifeless, soulless playing and horrible tone.

Eddie Vedder sounds great./

Now I just need to dig up AC/DC doing their version of Born In The USA.  ;D

They would have to change it to Born Down Under.  ;D And the great thing is that phonetically it still works.

Wait for it. What comes next after the dancing will leave anyone completely jealous for the rest of their lives.

I'm gonna sound like a whiney old man. Except for the fan, the whole band looked bored and going through the motions. I know I shouldn't judge by one video, but that's all I got.
