There's a big kerfuffle about one of the plot elements of the story, and I have to say that I'm not a fan of the idea on the surface.  You just know that it wouldn't even be a suggestion with the guys.  Now, maybe it's a thing where it's the best idea that they came up with and found a way to make it work, but it sounds like a cheap go-to and just demeaning.  And it's really saying something for ME to say that.
