I'm not entirely confident that the Studio even knows what they are doing. Even with the amount of pre-production time they have, it feels like it's going to be a rush job just to play opposite of The Avengers. The fact that they decided to go with Green Lantern SCREAMS that they are trying to make it appear that they had this planed all along. Do NOT bring Ryan Reynolds back for this. Honestly, do NOT even include the Green Lantern in this at all. I was confident that one of the five would have been Aquaman. So much for that.

The only reason why they chose Green Lantern is because they want people to think that the studio was grooming this franchise like Marvel did with all the stand along movies. With DC they can say "look, we have our Batman movies, our Superman movie and oh, that Green Lantern movie too". Here's the thing, none of the DC movies were made as a whole. They were each made independently of each other. The Marvel movies were all made with one goal in mind and that was to lead into The Avengers movie.
