It seems like there have been super sexy Nurse 3D posters for a decade now, almost like it was just an idea never meant to actually make it to film. Today that theory goes out the window, as we now have a trailer to ogle.

And ogle we shall! This looks like the dumbest movie to come down the pike in a while, and I'm totally going to see the **** out of it. I seriously can't wait.

The plot seems to center around this really hot, maybe mentally retarded transvestite who latches onto Katrina Bowden and then kills everyone on the planet. Sounds about as great as humanly possible.

Now we just need to guess if it's a real movie, or if the people behind the posters finally got enough cash to make a trailer for something that doesn't actually exist. We'll find out when the film supposedly comes out February 7.
