Del Toro is not one for sequels. He's done the Hellboy sequel and has discussed a 3rd, but beyond doing the one, he's not exactly what the studios would want for dependency. But, I'm not sure what goes on behind closed doors. You know the studio would not hesitate to do sequels with or without him. But does Del Toro own the product and control those sequels?
