But really, there's one thing I think we ALL want to see in the movie.  One essential element that the entire movie will fall apart without.

That Chewbacca had a son.

And that he joined the Rebel Fleet.

And rose high in the ranks.

And he is called Crunchbacca.

CAPTAIN Crunchbacca.

I don't want dark and gritty.  I am so tired of dark and gritty and moody.

Star Wars should be light and fun.  Sure, the universe they live in might be gritty and dirty and tough to live in, but it's swashbuckling, it's adventurous, it's King Arthur and Robin Hood.  Gimme a break with the dourness.  Especially after the last movie where the kids were slaughtered and the universe fell and the heroes died and Anakin got all his limbs cut off and he's screaming in the lava in agony.  Don't we deserve some fun after that?

Here's the thing about toys and video games: they can make 'em out of ANYTHING.

I want it all to be a dream... suddenly wake up and it's some kid from the 50's dreaming because he read a space comic the night before...

It could happen...

... And I'm soooo kidding

Turning him is easy. It's called the Jedi Mind Trick for a reason.

IGN News : Harrison Ford Will Indeed Return as Han Solo

Awesome! I knew it was inevitable that Harrison Ford (along with Mark Hamil and Carrie Fisher. Hopefully) would return for Episode IIV. I'm just glad we have something "official". And yes, I believe they will kill off Han Solo. It's what Ford wanted in Return Of The Jedi and I'm sure that he has it written into his Episode IIV contract that he bite the bullet....er, laser....er Light Saber.

IGN News : Mark Hamill Talks Star Wars: Episode VII

I love that Mark is championing bringing back the whole gang and not just one or two actors from the original Trilogy. Hearing that, it makes me feel confident and happy that the die-hard fans like myself are going to get what we want. I also like that Mark called out Lucas for relying too much on CGI. More practical, less computer stuff!

What Should NOT Be In the New Star Wars Trilogy

I never thought that WSJ of all places would be able to bring the funny. Haha.

Hahahahahahaha. So I guess this is now a running gag and something to expect when other people connected to Star Wars show up on Kimmel.

Will J.J. Abrams Quit Star Wars: Episode VII?

I really hope this doesn't happen. I want to see what a JJ Abrams Star Wars movie would look like, especially with the tone of the film.
