Pretty good scene. I remember Elton talking about how that film brought a resurgence to him playing that song again in concerts. A song he loves to play.

Weird. I heard that he absolutely hated playing this live before Almost Famous came out and was kind of piiiiissed off that suddenly he was being forced to play it every night ever since. Now, I don't know if this is fact or not, but it is what I read. I'm trying to remember if it was Entertainment Weekly or Rolling Stone. Bah!!

If the above story is in fact true, I can only imagine that he would love it now because it's paying his rent, as he is in dire need of rent money. Poor chap that he is.
