Chickenfoot may be done

I'm bummed about the idea of them pulling the plug on Chickenfoot, but I understand that in this climate and what is the "Record Business" today, that keeping a Supergroup going doesn't make sense if the money isn't there. On a personal level, I dug what they did together and even though I have had my suspicions about them staying together for the past couple of years and I expected this, I was hopeful we could have gotten another album out of them before they dissolved the band.

Yea, I was reading Chickenfoot is done. Sammy was also suggesting Michael Anthony will get back with Van Halen.

As much as I like Chickenfoot, I like the idea of Mike rejoining VH more. It's THE reunion that every VH fan has been waiting for. Make it happen. You know, for that to happen, it's going to have to come from Wolfie. It has to be his idea because Eddie would never kick his kid out of the band.

Yes, Chickenfoot has been DOA for a long, long time. So, last month I was very surprised when I learned that we were getting a new song by them to include in their Greatest Hits package as incentive to pick it up. Yesterday, the official video dropped and I'm digging the song a lot.

Liking the song myself.

Sammy was on the big interview sometime back and at the end he was talking about how busy he was going to be in 2017. I swore he had a comment about Chickenfoot.
