As I mentioned in another thread, I'm currently double and triple dipping and buying specific Remasters of some of my all-time favorite albums. I just got my Ace Frehley '78 Solo album in the mail today and I have been rocking the sh*t out of it. I already have a few of the KISS Remasters in my collection, but not for the '78 CD. I already own both the Original Vinyl and the Original CD pressing. But the Remaster for Ace's '78 is just so f*cking good. I'm hearing sh*t that I never heard before. It's subtle, but it's there and makes a world of difference. Will be cranking this one for the rest of the day for sure.

I forgot to mention in my last post, but it I got a nice little surprise when I opened up Ace Frehley Remaster. It comes with the Pullout Poster that came with the Original Vinyl. Was not expecting that at all. Very cool. I'm very happy with the sound of this one for sure, but I'm still on the hunt for the 1st Pressing from Japan. But it's just way too rich for my blood right now. But if I see one that is a good enough deal for me, I will pull the trigger for sure.

NAMM 2015 - Ibanez Paul Stanley Signature Models

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXm_8uhVZSs

It's great to see Paul heading back to Ibanez. I never liked his Washburn Signature guitar at all. Going back to Ibanez is reviving the Iceman and his glory days of years past. I have always wanted to get the **** Mirror Model. Even though it's "cheaper" than I expected, it's still to rich for my blood. Guess I will just have to settle for a mid-entry version, which itself still looks phenomenal.

41 Years Ago: Kiss Release Their Debut Album

KISS " ABC In Concert '74 " Complete - Nothin' To Lose / Firehouse / Black Diamond

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-z_Vag0TV4

Yep, 41 years ago today (Feb. 18, 1974), KISS released their Self-Titled debut album. It's insane to think it has been out this long. It still sounds so f*cking fresh today, even more so now than when it first came out.

KISS Albums - Ranked Worst to Best

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fK_v-8S8zxM

They at least got the worst album right on this list and were smart enough to not f*ck with the Top 2 either. But everything in between is just so wrong on so many levels. I call bullsh*t on this so-called "list". I'm wondering if they even listened to the albums and just decided to rank it by album covers instead.

I just got KISS' Destroyer Resurrected in the mail. Yep, I finally bit the bullet and decided to get it in spite of the fact that I said I never would. Listening to the Original Pressing right now and after that I will follow it up with Resurrected to compare the two. Should be interesting. Review coming later....

The KISS Demo's: Destroyer (1976)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ql5k0sl3FzU&index=16&list=PLp2e7UfInEgmB-5r4rtQOEsq-H-mNmQhk

I got this a few days ago, very excited to hear demo's of one of my all time favorite albums. I sat down, cranked up the volume and began to sing along when Paul throws in different lyrics and arrangement's. Totally took me off guard. Very interesting to hear classic songs that are 180 degrees from the final product. I love this and I will go on record and say that THIS demo version is what Destroyer Resurrected SHOULD have been!!!!

Peter Criss - Beth (The Cutting Room 06.17.17)

Eddie Trunk shocked at how good the last Peter Criss show in America was 6/19/2017

I watched a few clips of this show when they first dropped, not realizing this was his swan song performance. Whether this is really the last we will hear from Peter, he does sound really good on stage.

New photography book captures the rise of legendary band Kiss

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WikS77c5ziI&t=4s&index=3&list=LLTVgXy5pOO9ff20O1Z1QPMw

This book looks like something I want to add to my KISS collection. I've seen some of the images before...but the rest that we see here, never seen before. The price is actually doable at $55 on Amazon. I was expecting a sticker price of $150 minimum.

KISS 3D KISS Vinyl

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKHdWEABlS8

I knew this would be somewhat expensive....but not $300 expensive. Figure $100 would be the asking price. Anyway, this looks f*cking awesome. If I were a rich man, I'd definitely get the Destroyer Album. If they had Love Gun and Creatures of the Night, I'd get those as well.
