Mötley Crüe (Self-Titled) 1994

This is NOT a review

So, what does Mötley Crüe decide as the best course of action with the future of the band after arguably their finest work ever? Fire Vince Neil. Or he quit. Who the f*ck knows anymore as I've heard both sides and I'm still left in the dark as to what is true or not. What I do know is that the original 4 did get together to start work on the follow up to Dr. Feelgood. But Vince and Nikki Sixx got into a fight. The rest is history.

Anyways. In to replace Vince is John Corabi. I never heard of him till he landed the plum gig as Crüe's new singer. The only time I have ever heard anything off this album were from the 2 music videos for Hooligan's Holiday and Misunderstood. As for Misunderstood, I didn't even know a video existed until I picked up Mötley Crüe's Greatest Video Hits on DVD. What's ironic is that I have always been a fan of both songs. They don't suck. And yet, for some reason, I just have never felt the need to go out and pick this up. Probably because I just can't picture this band other than the original 4. Go figure.

Album cover sucks IMO. And since I have never bothered to go and pick it up, I don't know exactly how many different versions there are. I remember these two though. Could be more. I dunno.
