ah I remember what was bugging me about the show.

like you said Zakk Wylde's story's sucked.

he seemed pretty dumb...he's a cool guy and a solid shredder....but he ain't tipping the charts as a mental giant



I think what it is....everyone in bands are jokers, all touring bands do is kill time between shows cracking the same old tired jokes and stories again and again..('this one goes to eleven'....eh....yeah)..probably to keep their sanity while on tour for months (or years)  at a time......BUT they are all around a bunch of ass kissers (fans, press, label schmucks, and roadies) who'd never dare not laugh at their jokes....so it's like a confidence in that everything you say is infinitely funny or interesting...when in fact you are not
