The Beatles (Let It Be) 1970

Rolling Stones 500 Greatest Albums Of All Time
Let It Be
at #86

Let It Be is a solid album, but not a great one. Anything that follows Abbey Road is just an impossible task and is destined to be a huge let down IMO. This isn't an album that I have listened to a whole lot over the years. Having said that, this album does have some of the greatest Beatles songs in their entire catalog with Across The Universe, Let It Be, The Long And Winding Road and Get Back. But I usually just go straight for the Greatest Hits package to hear those.
