WTFT contest

My local radio station 97 FM Newstalk 'The Dave Glover Show' is hosting a contest in a creative way to capture a segment known at WTFT. WTFT features Tom Terbrock as orator on anything that crosses his mind for the week. So WTFT is a mix of WTF and Tom's initials.

Tom's segment is unparalleled in the sense his thoughts are all over the place. With is his stuttering and passion behind the subject matter, it becomes quite the unique experience for radio listening. All the statements are solely his and probably have never been uttered by another human being. Thus there are some real true Tom-isms.

So while listening to the members on the show, the term Crazy and Insane caught my attention... Which evolved into straitjacket as my 'T-shirt' and put his most famous quote on the front... "I B Genius". There's quite a few more, but this just seemed so ironic.

At the 11th hour, I asked my partner in crime here on Penny Can, Chip,  to create visually my idea with his graphic skills. I couldn't be happier with the final product.

Chip, thanks for providing your time and skills at such the last minute.

I've submitted our entry. Now it's wait and see. The guys are going to review all the entries this weekend and decide next week.

We’re going to announce the winner of the homemade WTFT shirts next week sometime (not today). We have SO many great shirts to look through to see who will win the in-studio appearance that we’re going to take the weekend to go over them.

This is a T-shirt contest, so I'm not sure how the DGS will accept our entry. Pushing the limits I guess, but hey, trying to be creative.

Agree... it would take away possibly.

By the way folks, notice the DGS logo on the sleeve... Nice touch.

And if you want to actually listen to show, they put everything down on a podcasts I've posted above. You get to here the craziness of Tom. He does it once a week on Thursday's.
