I agree....boxing was great and became a joke with wins that clearly were stacked cards and it just couldn't trick real fans anymore

sadly for me UFC seems to have transformed into what I didn't like about boxing...it became about promoting decent fighters...as legends and honestly (for me) became totally disappointing.
I still think there are great fighters around and in the sport...but it's clear that we are presented almost a false reality when it comes to who's really the best.

tonight's fight might be interesting.  I really don't know much about either guy and there's SO much hyperbole around the entire event...it almost makes me want to completely avoid it just
based on all the hype.  The payday these guys are getting is ridiculous and kind of disgusting as well....

I don't know...I wish I could see a silver lining...
